Reporting & campaign measurement · Scoped service

Reports you can trust. Decisions you can explain.

When two reports tell different stories, it is hard to know what to do next. Start with one decision, agree what the numbers mean, and build a report your team can check.

Discuss your reporting needs

Scope, timing, cost, access, and any licences are agreed before work begins.

01 / Make the numbers agree

One report. Shared definitions.

For teams combining spreadsheets, reconciling sales figures, or preparing the same update every week.

What you receive

  • A source list and agreed definitions for each measure.
  • A report prototype with data-quality and reconciliation checks.
  • A refresh and handover guide, including who handles failures.

What we need from you

  • An existing report and the decision it should support.
  • Approved access to the relevant data and its owners.
  • Reporting dates, currencies, and someone to sign off the figures.

How we check the result

  • Compare totals with the agreed source records.
  • Explain differences, missing values, refunds, and cut-off rules.
  • Test refresh, access, and failure handling with your team.

Sample scoping deliverable

One report. Agreed definitions. Clear checks.

For a weekly sales report, the first brief could look like this. This is an example of the work we would scope together, not a customer result or a live dashboard.

Information to bring
Your existing report, source-system list, reporting dates, and the person responsible for each source.
What we agree
Which sales count, how refunds are treated, the reporting cut-off, and who signs off the definitions.
What you review
A metric-definition sheet, source-to-report map, and reconciliation checklist before a dashboard pilot.

Decision: Are the figures consistent enough to use, and which gaps need resolving first? Timing, price, access, and any licences are agreed during scoping.

02 / Understand campaign results

What is working? What needs a better test?

Bring campaign spend and recorded outcomes together, with clear limits on what the data can tell you.

A measurement brief your team can use

You receive a measurement plan, agreed metrics, a data-quality review, a performance report, and a prioritized test plan.

Bring approved campaign exports, spend, recorded conversions or sales, currency, and the attribution settings used by each platform.

Our checks: reconcile spend and outcomes; show the attribution window; flag double-counting and missing data. Return on ad spend is not profit or proof that an ad caused a sale.

Questions to bring

Start with your next decision.

For a retail team: which categories need a closer look? For a service team: where are requests getting delayed? These are scoping examples, not customer results.
