How we can help

What would make work easier for your team?

Start with the problem you want to solve. We’ll agree on a useful first result and how to measure it.

01 · Reports

Bring your reports into one place

See sales, costs, and performance more clearly, with less time spent combining spreadsheets.

You get: agreed definitions and reports your team can use to understand what’s happening.

Tell us about your reports →
02 · Marketing

Understand what your marketing is delivering

Connect campaign and sales information to help decide where to spend, what to improve, and what to test next.

You get: a clearer view of results and a practical plan for answering the questions your data can support.

Tell us what you need to measure →
03 · Everyday tasks

Spend less time on invoices and orders

Read information from business documents, flag details that need checking, and keep people in charge of approval.

You get: a scoped workflow for one document type, with checks before information reaches your business system.

Sample scoping deliverable

One report. Agreed definitions. Clear checks.

For a weekly sales report, the first brief could look like this. This is an example of the work we would scope together, not a customer result or a live dashboard.

Information to bring
Your existing report, source-system list, reporting dates, and the person responsible for each source.
What we agree
Which sales count, how refunds are treated, the reporting cut-off, and who signs off the definitions.
What you review
A metric-definition sheet, source-to-report map, and reconciliation checklist before a dashboard pilot.

Decision: Are the figures consistent enough to use, and which gaps need resolving first? Timing, price, access, and any licences are agreed during scoping.

How we start

Start with the task that takes too much time.

Tell us what your team is trying to improve and which tools you use today. We’ll discuss what’s possible, what information is needed, and whether a focused pilot makes sense.

Talk through the problem

Show us the report, task, or decision that is slowing your team down.

02

Agree on a first step

Before a project begins, we agree on scope, deliverables, cost, and how success will be measured.

Less document entry

Example workflow · Scoped to your business

From an incoming document to a checked, approved record.

Here is how an invoice or order workflow can work: read the document, check the details, and ask a person to approve the result before creating a record in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We agree on supported documents and connections before a pilot begins.

01

Receive

A document arrives by email, upload, or an agreed connection.

02

Read

Extract the details your team needs, including items and amounts.

03

Check

Flag missing details, possible duplicates, and mismatches.

04

Approve

A person reviews the proposal and approves the next step.

05

Record

Create the approved record and keep a record of the checks.

Technical details: document types, checks, and Microsoft connections
Phase 1 · Source to pay

Supplier Invoice Intake

Receive invoices through Outlook, Salesforce, SharePoint, portal upload, or API. Reuse Dynamics 365 Invoice Capture where supported, then route duplicates, mismatches, and low-confidence fields for review.

  • PDF, scans, images, Excel, CSV, XML, and JSON
  • Vendor, PO, receipt, tax, currency, and line matching
  • Verification and approval before the native Finance invoice process
Phase 1 · Order to cash

Customer Order Intake

Convert customer purchase orders and order requests into proposed sales orders. Validate the customer, product, price, inventory rules, dates, and legal entity before submission.

  • Email body, attachments, Salesforce files, and APIs
  • Customer, product, agreement, pricing, and line matching
  • Approval-gated, idempotent sales-order creation
Start with one document type

Choose the document that creates the most repetitive work. We’ll discuss the checks, approvals, and connections a useful pilot would need.

See what is changing in prices and work, understand what each number means, and bring better questions to your next planning meeting. These official PSA figures are monthly; checking them more often does not make them real-time measurements.

Open methodology brief

Check the month behind each number.

Observations will appear here after a successful retrieval. No estimates or sample numbers are substituted when the source is unavailable.

Use inflation and employment as context for a market discussion. They do not measure your category's sales, a competitor's advertising investment, or the effect of a campaign. The table links each observation to its source so your team can check what was measured before deciding what it means.

The charts show available months from each source’s latest year, not a rolling 12-month window. Monthly changes compare consecutive observations in the same series, in percentage points. A lower positive inflation rate still means prices are higher than a year earlier. These figures do not predict your sales or explain why a change happened.

Sources, coverage, and methodology v2
Coverage
Philippines, national aggregates. Two consumer-price indicators and two Labor Force Survey indicators, reported monthly. Regional, brand, and sector filters are not part of this preview.
Selection and rounding
For each source table, the connector selects the latest returned period with both required values. Values are displayed to one decimal place. Charts retain returned months through that latest complete period; an incomplete pair leaves a gap in both series. Missing or rejected observations remain unavailable, never zero. Changes subtract the displayed one-decimal rates and require consecutive months. Charts use calendar spacing, include zero, and have separately labelled vertical scales. No confidence intervals are supplied by this feed; no statistical-significance claim is made.
Definitions
Inflation is the year-on-year change in the consumer price index. Unemployment is a share of the labor force; underemployment is a share of employed people who want more hours of work. PSA price definitions · PSA labor definitions.
Three different dates
Observation period describes the data. Source table update is PSA metadata, shown as supplied without assuming a timezone. Retrieval is when the connector fetched the data, displayed in Asia/Manila.
Refresh and revisions
While the application is running, the connector checks PSA once per minute and the visible page checks once per minute. Newly published observations normally appear within about two minutes plus source response time. Failed checks retry with backoff up to five minutes. This does not change the monthly publication cadence. A subsequent source revision can replace the displayed observation; this preview is not a historical archive.
Availability
Fresh means the required observations were retrieved successfully. Partial means a source failed; its last successful observations are marked cached, or unavailable if none remain. Cached means a refresh failed and previous observations remain visible for at most 24 hours after retrieval. Expired values are hidden. A cold application instance must retrieve the sources before showing values.
