These terms govern use of the InsightPulseAI website and our Microsoft-platform business applications.
Products
The IPAI Period Close Workspace is a D365-native Dataverse and Power Apps companion solution for financial period close coordination, evidence, approvals, tax-filing status, and release readiness.
System of record
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations remains the ERP system of record. Dataverse stores companion workflow state, evidence references, configuration, exceptions, approvals, and readiness evidence.
Exclusions
The package does not include SaaS fulfillment, marketplace metering, Azure Managed Application resources, or direct unmanaged access to customer ERP data outside configured Microsoft platform connectors.
Production use
Production use is subject to a signed commercial agreement, applicable privacy terms, customer tenant configuration, Microsoft licensing, and role-based access approved by the customer administrator.
