Services
InsightPulseAI provides Microsoft-native business application delivery, operational intelligence, analytics, and Azure operations services. Features, availability, service levels, licensing requirements, and support scope vary by plan and written agreement.
Public website descriptions are informational and do not by themselves create a subscription, deployment commitment, or guaranteed service level.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and maintain the security of account credentials.
- Use the services lawfully and within the permissions granted to you.
- Do not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.
- Maintain the licenses and approvals required for customer-controlled Microsoft products and environments.
Intellectual property and third-party services
InsightPulseAI and its licensors retain their rights in the website, software, documentation, and brand materials. Microsoft products and other third-party services remain governed by their providers’ terms and licenses.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated in a signed agreement, the public website and general information are provided as available and without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, InsightPulseAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on public information or interruption of a third-party service.
Governing law and contact
