• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations remains the ERP system of record; ERP-platform issues are routed to the appropriate Microsoft support channel.

Response

We acknowledge support requests on a best-effort basis; formal response and resolution targets (SLAs) are defined in the signed commercial agreement where one exists.
