This policy explains how InsightPulse AI ("InsightPulseAI", "we") handles information across our website (insightpulseai.com) and our Microsoft-platform business applications, including the IPAI Period Close Workspace offered on Microsoft AppSource.

Draft policy pending review by counsel. For customer deployments, the binding privacy terms are those in the signed commercial agreement and the customer's own Microsoft tenant configuration.

1. Information we collect

Website: messages you send to the Pulser assistant and any contact details you submit. We do not sell personal data.
Business applications: our apps run inside the customer's Microsoft tenant. Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations remains the ERP system of record; Microsoft Dataverse stores workflow state, approvals, evidence references, and configuration. We access ERP data only through configured Microsoft platform connectors with approval-gated writes.

2. How we use information

To operate, support, and improve the website and applications.
To respond to enquiries and provide support.
We do not use customer business data to train foundation models.

3. Sub-processors & hosting

Our applications run on Microsoft Azure / Power Platform / Dataverse within the applicable Microsoft commercial cloud. Data is protected in transit and at rest using Microsoft platform controls.

4. Data retention & rights

Customer-controlled data follows the customer's tenant retention and the commercial agreement. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control by contacting us.
