Certification status
InsightPulseAI Discoverability self-certifies in three states. A brand's status only advances when the evidence for the next state exists and is filed — never on schedule alone.
BASELINE
A first-pass, manually captured snapshot of how a brand currently appears across search and AI surfaces. Establishes a starting point and known gaps. Not a clean bill, and not yet certified.
CONDITIONAL
Baseline findings have been triaged, corrective and reconciliation actions are in progress or scheduled, and interim evidence supports partial confidence. Still not a clean bill.
VERIFIED
The reproducible measurement harness (prompt panel + evidence capture, tracked as a separate build increment) has run median-of-five passes on critical prompts across the agreed panel, findings are resolved or explicitly accepted, and results hold across the 30/60/90-day window.
Testing methodology
The current baseline was captured manually against a fixed set of prompt classes, run once per prompt in this pass: identity, service/capability, category, comparison, local/entity, buyer-intent, exact-product-name, and retired-claim checks. The reproducible prompt-panel contract these classes are drawn from is versioned in the repository alongside this page.
Scope of this pass: general web index and one AI-answer surface, Philippines/English-first region, single language, single run per prompt.
Known limitations
- One run is not proof. This baseline is a single first pass. Critical prompts require repeated runs — median-of-five or majority classification — before a finding is treated as stable; that repeat-run discipline has not yet been applied to the findings below.
- Regional and engine scope is narrow. This pass covers one region and a small set of surfaces. Multi-region and multi-engine coverage is not yet measured.
- Manual, not yet scheduled. This baseline was captured by hand. The reproducible, scheduled measurement harness is a separate, tracked engineering increment, not part of this page.
- Measurement does not promise outcomes. Search ranking, AI inclusion, and third-party citation are outside InsightPulseAI's control — see the limitation statement below.

Discoverability scorecard — baseline, captured 2026-08-29
First pass, general web index and one AI-answer surface, Philippines/English-first region. These are dated observations, not a promise of future ranking, inclusion, or citation.
Index still surfaces the retired positioning
General web-index results for the branded query still show the retired "Odoo on Cloud" narrative, not the live Microsoft-native identity that is on the site today.
Multiple similarly named entities appear
Search results surface more than one "Insight Pulse"-family entity. Nothing in this pass clearly disambiguates InsightPulseAI as a single canonical entity.
No presence observed
This pass found no InsightPulseAI presence for the category query. Absence is a finding, not a diagnosis — it has not yet been root-caused against indexing lag versus content gap.
The live site itself is clean and Microsoft-native
The content currently published at insightpulseai.com is Microsoft-native and matches CLAIMS_REGISTER.md. The gap above is stale indexing and entity ambiguity — it is not live-content rot.
Outcomes: the 30/60/90-day measurement window has not started against a reproducible harness. No uplift, improvement, or ranking numbers are reported here because none exist yet — this scorecard reports findings from one dated pass, nothing more.
Correction & drift log
| Date | Item | Disposition |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-08-27 | Retired "Odoo on Cloud" positioning | Contained in source — removed from every live public surface. External index still reflects the prior state; recrawl/reconciliation in progress (owner-gated, see the external-identity reconciliation ledger). |
| 2026-08-27 | Retired customer testimonial (unverified) | Contained in source — removed; no signed customer reference on file. See CLAIMS_REGISTER.md §4.5. |
| 2026-08-27 | Unsupported outcome metrics (58% faster close, 4→1 tools, 3x turnaround, 100% adoption) | Contained in source — removed; no evidence artifacts on file. See CLAIMS_REGISTER.md §4.1–4.4. |
| 2026-08-29 | Discoverability baseline scorecard (this page) | First pass captured and published as BASELINE. Recrawl/reconciliation actions logged in the external-identity reconciliation ledger, each marked owner-gated. |
What this page does not promise
Search ranking, AI inclusion, and third-party citation are not promised. InsightPulseAI governs source accuracy, retrieval readiness, publication consistency, measurement, and remediation.
The limitation, stated plainly
InsightPulseAI does not control third-party search engines, AI systems, or directories, and makes no ranking, citation, or AI-inclusion promise of any kind for InsightPulseAI itself or for any client. What InsightPulseAI governs is its own side of the exchange: source accuracy, retrieval readiness, publication consistency across channels, measurement of what is observable, and remediation when drift is found.
