How we would check it
- Record the provider, model/version, language, date, and repeated runs.
- Separate mentions, citations, and factual accuracy.
- Show the question count, successful responses, failures, and review decisions.

- Review against facts. Check each answer against your approved public record. Flag uncertainty and reviewer disagreements.
- Compare carefully. Report counts and denominators. A small panel does not represent every AI answer or every potential customer.
