InsightPulseAI is the trading brand of Dataverse IT Consultancy, a DTI-registered sole proprietorship based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Both names refer to the same business. The proprietor and principal consultant is Jake Guevarra Tolentino.
We keep Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as the ERP system of record, use Dataverse for workflow, evidence and configuration state, and add Power Platform, Copilot and Azure where work slows down — with approval-gated writes and captured evidence throughout.

How we work
Approval-gated by design. Extracted values carry source provenance and confidence. Low-confidence values, master-data mismatches, policy exceptions and duplicate risks go to human review. Writes follow approval workflows with audit evidence retained.

Its current posture is internal beta for trusted users, read-only advisory; writes remain approval-gated. The public assistant on this website answers only from published product documentation and cannot access ERP, tenant, customer or private document data.
